KOSEC – Kodari Securities is offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing activities across KOSEC’s core operations and luxury lifestyle publication, KODARI Magazine.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding KOSEC’s brand presence, managing high-end events, executing digital campaigns, developing luxury brand partnerships, and crafting strategic communications that captivate our elite investor audience.

KOSEC – Kodari Securities is a premier Australian financial institution, delivering tailored stockbroking, wealth management, and investment solutions to Ultra High Net Worth individuals, family offices, corporations, and institutions. With a rapidly expanding national and international presence, KOSEC is also the publisher of KODARI Magazine—a luxury investment and lifestyle publication distributed across top-tier channels including airport lounges, five-star hotels, and C-suite offices.

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll work closely with senior executives, marketing teams, and external partners to execute high-impact marketing campaigns, grow KOSEC’s social media presence, coordinate luxury investor events, manage CRM-based communications, and develop strategic brand collaborations. You will be the public face of KOSEC in high-profile settings and a key driver of the firm’s premium image and media presence.

Marketing Execution & Digital Engagement

• Represent KOSEC at investor forums, luxury brand activations, and exclusive events

• Manage and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms

• Create high-impact digital campaigns aligned with KOSEC’s brand values and audience preferences

• Monitor analytics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion

Event Coordination & VIP Engagement

• Plan and coordinate high-profile investor events, podcast productions, photo/video shoots, and luxury activations

• Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and communication with high-net-worth clients and brand partners

• Provide in-person support at events to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction

Luxury Brand Partnerships & Strategic Outreach

• Proactively identify, engage, and develop new partnerships with luxury brands that align with KOSEC’s elite positioning

• Secure cross-promotional collaborations for KODARI Magazine, client events, and digital campaigns

• Maintain long-term brand relationships and co-create exclusive experiences for KOSEC’s UHNW clientele

Content Creation, Email Marketing & Media Relations

• Write and design marketing emails, newsletters, and client campaigns using KOSEC’s CRM system

• Contribute to the development of editorial and promotional content for KODARI Magazine and media outlets

• Draft press releases, investor communications, and branded media assets

• Liaise with external media, PR agencies, and luxury brand representatives to amplify KOSEC’s media footprint

Administrative & Brand Operations Support

• Provide administrative support for marketing schedules, internal communications, and project execution

• Assist with office presentation and event setup, maintaining KOSEC’s premium visual standards

• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects

• Experience in marketing, luxury branding, partnerships, or event coordination

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-facing presence

• Passion for luxury branding, premium lifestyle marketing, and high-level networking

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain external partnerships and stakeholder relationships

• Skilled in social media platforms, CRM/email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot), and basic design tools (e.g. Canva)

• Highly polished, presentable, and able to represent KOSEC at VIP engagements and industry events

• Highly organised, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
