As the AO6 Team Leader – ExpenseMe Pro, you will lead a small team responsible for the administration, support, and optimisation of the department’s ExpenseMe Pro expense management system - part of the Whole-of-Government expense management platform, and the hyper care stage.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and workload management for the ExpenseMe Pro support team.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the ExpenseMe Pro function after it goes live.
- Coordinate and provide system hypercare, resolving support tickets as required.
- Oversee system administration, guiding user access and helping troubleshoot issues, and ensuring integrations with other functions are effective.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and cardholders to ensure invoices and coding are updated and cleared from the system.
- Liaise with stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and resolve issues promptly.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing small operational or systems teams.
- Proven experience supporting ExpenseMe Pro or Promaster expense management systems.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or Power BI.
- Background in financial systems support or configuration.
- Experience within the public sector.
