Design and Build are working on behalf of a national tier 3 civil and infrastructure builder to find an experienced HSE advisor to join the team across multiple projects through the broader South Australian region.
Please note this role includes night shifts - all night shift will be paid an uplift of 15% on base salary.

The role
- Promoting the development and implementation of safety, environmental and quality standards that address all compliance and due diligence requirements.
- Conducting safety, environmental and quality audits and inspections.
- Preparing reports for senior management.
- Assisting with education and training of staff in the areas of safety, environmental and quality systems.
- Preparing work method statements, project plans, and inspection and test plans.
- Developing and implementing system changes and improvements.
- 2+ year's experience as a HSE coordinator within a heavy construction environment
- Relevant tertiary education/qualifications
- Flexibility to work on regional projects & rosters as required
- Be located in Australia, with a relevant Australian visa with unrestricted working rights.
