Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer – Manufacturing | North of River

Our client is a long-standing manufacturing business with a reputation for quality and reliability. They're now seeking a capable Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to take ownership of daily finance operations and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be DoingProcessing accounts payable and receivable, supplier invoices, and reconciliations
Managing daily invoicing, payments, and cash receipting
Assisting with payroll and weekly timesheets
Month-end journals, reconciliations, and reporting support
Following up outstanding invoices and resolving queries
General admin and finance support across the business
Solid bookkeeping or accounts experience – ideally in manufacturing or a similar hands-on industry
Confident with Xero, MYOB or similar systems
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Team-focused mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
Australian work rights are required for this position
