Join a respected commercial builder delivering projects across education, health, fit out, and community sectors. We’re seeking a driven HSEQ Advisor to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental management across our projects.
The Role:
The Role:
- Support project teams in maintaining compliance with company HSEQ systems, legislation, and industry standards.
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, providing practical advice to drive a positive safety culture.
- Assist with incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
- Deliver toolbox talks, training, and guidance to promote continuous improvement.
- Contribute to achieving and maintaining ISO and OFSC accreditations.
- Previous HSEQ experience within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of OHS, Quality, and Environmental management systems.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and mentor site teams.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Work with a progressive builder delivering diverse, high-quality projects.
