Previous retail experience, ideally within a lifestyle and action sport brand
Unparalleled passion and skill for creating moments that matter with your customers
Experience in driving teams to success and hitting KPIs
A proven track record in working to achieve sales budgets

ABOUT THE ROLES
As Store Manager you will be responsible for driving sales results for your store. In your role you will:
Create a sales-driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on the customer journey
Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
Execute VM and promotional activity in line with business directives
Provide stock feedback and manage the store’s inventory
