At BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park in Kiama, we've been creating memorable holiday experiences for over 90 years. As a family owned and operated business we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service in a beautiful coastal location. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Full Time Front Office Administrator who will assist in providing exceptional customer service to our guests at our busy 500 site holiday park.

Work Schedule:
Work weekends, school holidays & public holidays
Have the ability to work up to 8 days straight on a rotating roster
Ability to start as early as 7am or finish as late as 10pm
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services & Reception
Provide a memorable holiday experience for our guests
Provide prompt and friendly customer service when taking bookings, during check in or check out and when addressing guest requests or complaints
Provide park information, local attractions and activity recommendations.
Respond to guest enquires in person, by phone or email
Handle guest feedback, complaints and special requests professionally
Reservations & Administration
Manage online and phone bookings using our reservation system, Newbook
Process payments, refunds and adjustments accurately
Maintain guest records and ensure all booking details are correct
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with other department to coordinate guest needs
Communicate daily updates such as arrivals, departures and maintenance requests
Financial & Reporting Tasks
Handle cash, EFTPOS and credit card transactions securely and accurately
Reconcile daily takings
Prepare daily reports when required
Office & Presentation
Perform all routine daily duties including vacuuming and keeping the front office, reception area and displays tidy and welcoming
Maintain stock of brochures, forms and office supplies
Policies & Procedures
Adhere to all company policies and procedures together with Work Health and Safety procedures and follow safe work practices
What We Are Looking For:
Front Office Experience - 1-2 years experience within a front office environment preferred
Computer & Microsoft - basic to intermediate experience preferred
Customer Focused - A natural ability and passion to deliver exceptional customer service
Drivers Licence is a must - Own reliable transportation required as public transport options are limited in the area.
Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible & Reliable - is a must
Personal Attributes - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Down to earth team player with high level of initiative. High attention to detail taking pride in your work. Trustworthy and punctual. Loves a challenge and can work in a high pressure environment with proven ability to balance the two activities of customer service and completing set tasks. Ability to work unsupervised.
