What We’re Looking For
- Ideally 3–6 months’ experience in real estate or a related role (not essential)
- A genuine passion for real estate and long-term career growth in the industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation, drive and a proactive mindset
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Mentorship from a top-performing agent on the Mornington Peninsula
- Exposure to luxury property sales and high-end clientele
