About the RoleThe Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for:
Delivering high quality educational programs aligned with the VEDYLF and NQS
Supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of all children
Building strong, respectful partnerships with families
Working collaboratively with a team of passionate educators
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements
This is a permanent position commencing in the New Year.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved equivalent
Current VIT registration or relevant state teacher accreditation
A strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and best practice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to professional growth and continual improvement
The ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
