About the role
As a part-time Project Coordinator at Mine Con Plumbing Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects in the Townsville QLD 4810 area. This position offers the opportunity to work flexibly, with a focus on project coordination and supporting the wider project management team.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating and monitoring project schedules, timelines, and deadlines to ensure the timely completion of tasks
Providing administrative support to the project management team, including document management, correspondence, and reporting
Facilitating effective communication between the project team, clients, and other stakeholders
Assisting with the coordination of project resources, such as labour, materials, and equipment
Monitoring project budgets and expenses, and identifying any potential variances
Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle
Providing support for project closeout activities, including the compilation of project documentation
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a project coordination or administrative support role within the construction / plumbing industry would be advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools
A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
