The Opportunity

In this rewarding role, you will nurture and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, the parish and broader community. This role will see you actively engage in school and local community events and celebrations. As a strategic and operational leader, you will ensure responsible stewardship of financial and capital resources.  

You will be part of a Principal group of system leaders who contribute to the development of system-wide priorities.

About You   

  • demonstrated success in leading teaching and learning   

  • experience in effectively leading a connected approach to student engagement, wellbeing, behaviour and academics  

  • experience in leading and motivating a team to implement contemporary, high-quality education and service to a College community   

  • an active member of a Catholic Sunday Eucharistic community    

  • working towards or completion of post graduate qualifications in Religious Education, Educational Leadership or Theology   

  • hold or be eligible to hold, registration as a teacher in Queensland    

  • willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
