About the business
Hearts and Minds Early Learning is a childcare provider currently operating three Early Learning Centres across WA & ACT.
Hearts and Minds Early Learning Golden Bay offers state of the art facilities and resources with warm and inviting indoor spaces and exciting outdoor nature play areas. The service features an outstanding quality kitchen and dining area where families and children can gather and share experiences, as well as dedicated art and craft studios for every age range.

About the role
We are looking for an engaged & enthusiastic ECT to run our school readiness program & the pre school room, this room has inclusion support staff & operates over ratio.
Australian work authorisation is required for this position.
You will:
Possess a genuine desire to care for and develop children aged 0-5 years.
hold the early childhood teaching degree or ACECQA approved equivalent
Teacher registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA must be obtained within 3 months of commencement.
Have completed a Working With Children Check
Current First Aid Certificate
Previous experience in delivering high quality education and care ( long day setting preferable).
Minimum of 2+ years early childhood experience is required.
Work closely with the curriculum leader to implement educational programs that demonstrate a superior understanding of the NQF & EYLF
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with children and families
Computer literacy essential.
Working towards your ECT degree will be considered if you are more than 50 % completed
