We’re growing quickly and are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Gardener to join our team and help maintain the beautiful outdoor spaces that our properties are known for.
✨ About the Role
This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for the ongoing care and presentation of outdoor areas across our portfolio of holiday homes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every property looks immaculate, welcoming, and “Cozie” ready for guests.
🌱 Key Responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging & whipper snipping
Weeding, pruning, hedging & general garden maintenance
Mulching, planting & seasonal garden improvements
Routine checks of outdoor areas across multiple properties
Basic upkeep of supplied tools and equipment
Reporting any issues or maintenance needs to management

🌤 Ideal Candidate
For a full-time gardener in Cairns, with vehicle and equipment supplied, a competitive rate is $28–$35 per hour depending on experience. This sits comfortably above the Award minimum and should attract reliable, skilled candidates for ongoing garden maintenance across multiple properties.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable, hardworking, and takes pride in presentation
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Current driver’s licence

Servicing properties across Cairns, Northern Beaches & surrounding areas.
