This represents an outstanding opportunity with an enginering company headquartered in the Southern Region of the Gold Coast. This company is going from strength to strength with huge growth plans for 2026.
The company is led by a team of highly experienced professionals.
ROLE
Due to growth, the position of Management Accountant has been created.
This role will involve and not be limited to:
- Managing the internal finance function
- Payroll, AP, AR, Bank Recs,
- Invoicing
- Identifying areas of improvement within the internal systems and processes
- Work alongside the external accountants
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Ideally degree qualified
- 3-5+ years experience within an accounting or high level bookkeeping position
- Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Ability to use Xero, MYOB and Excel
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize deadlines
- Outstanding communication and presentation
- Ability to provide feedback to the executive team and identify areas on how the company can improve
