We’re a tight, values-led team of ~45 OTs, Physios, EPs (and now… Speech Pathologists!) who genuinely back each other and love the impact we create. Our modern Malvern hub keeps us connected, and our work happens in your local patch across Melbourne’s North, West or South East.

Why This Role Is DifferentThis isn’t just another Speech Pathology role.
You’ll be joining THC’s brand new Speech Pathology service — shaping it from the ground up and becoming part of Total Health Choice history.
You’ll be led by the sensational Lara Lasnitzki, a highly experienced Speech Pathologist known for her insight, clinical depth and the way she genuinely champions her team. With Lara, you’ll get strong guidance, real time support and the kind of mentoring that accelerates your growth.
You’ll also join a multidisciplinary crew of brilliant OTs, Physios and EPs who collaborate hard, laugh a lot and show up for one another.
The RoleAs a Full Time Community Speech Pathologist, you’ll manage a paediatric caseload of private and NDIS clients, delivering therapy that fits real life. Choose your primary service area (SE, North or West Melbourne), backed by a team that values autonomy and connection.
You’ll be doing:Functional language and communication assessment
Language, speech sound, fluency and social communication therapy (home, school & community settings)
AAC assessment, trials, setup and training (low-tech & high-tech)
NDIS-aligned communication reports, progress reviews and goal updates
Working closely with families, educators, support teams & coordinators
Travelling within your local area (typically up to 45 mins)
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) registration with SPA
Australian working rights
~2+ years paediatric experience preferred — but we’re open to standout emerging clinicians with the right values, attitude and hunger to grow

$1,500 annual PD allowance + 2 paid PD days
