Are you an experienced Storesperson or Quality Technician looking for a new challenge?
Join 7D Team in Cockburn Central as a Stores & QA Technician — a 50/50 mix of Stores operations and 3D Laser Scanning Quality Assurance.
You’ll get full training in metrology, QA systems and 3D scanning, setting you up for a career in precision manufacturing and engineering.

Flexible 8-hour day between 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
All training paid for – forklift, QA/metrology, and continuous improvement
Hands-on R&D manufacturing environment — experiment, learn, improve

Work with a close-knit team where good ideas get tried and wins get celebrated
Stores (≈50%)
Receive, pick, pack and dispatch parts
Manage freight, stock accuracy and cycle counts
BOM kitting, 5S organisation, and process improvement
Quality Assurance (≈50%)
Operate 3D laser scanning and QA equipment
Compare scans to CAD/tolerances and record data
Maintain calibration logs and QA records
Raise NCRs and work with engineers to refine designs
Must-haves
Experience in stores, warehousing or manufacturing logistics
Confident with inventory systems and basic computer skills
Safety-conscious and able to lift 25 kg safely
Reliable, organised and proactive — “see it, fix it” mindset
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain — funded by us)
Nice-to-haves / Training Provided
Experience or curiosity in 3D scanning, CMM or precision measurement
Interest in QA, CAD, tolerances or metrology
Desire to grow in a precision manufacturing environment
