$250,000 – $300,000 + bonus + future equity
Hybrid WFH / Office | Brisbane
As a QLD Director in Commercial Valuations, you’ll step into a pivotal leadership role within a growing national firm that’s built its success on consistent quality, strong panel relationships, and technical credibility across Commercial & Industrial portfolios.
This position has been created off the back of sustained organic growth and the directors now need a senior operator who can contribute to strategic growth whilst delivery high-value valuations & advisory.
This is a chance to put your stamp on the QLD operation, help shape the strategy, and build a small, high-performing team around you.
The Valuations:
You’ll handle commercial mortgage and advisory work across office, industrial and retail assets for key banking and institutional clients including:
• Compensation, acquisition and development valuations
• Litigation and expert witness advisory
• Institutional and development finance assessments
• Residential development and going concern work (training provided)

You’ll work alongside highly regarded senior valuers with deep experience across government, banking and private sector advisory.
What You’ll Bring:
• CPV required
• Strong grounding in commercial valuations (office, industrial, retail)
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and complex instructions
• Desire to mentor, grow, and contribute to the strategic direction of the business
The Offer:
$250,000 – $300,000 + bonus
