About the opportunity
Our client is on the hunt for a customer service representative to join their growing team in Forrestdale.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver excellent customer service and build distributor relationships
- Accurately process orders
- Support sales and operations teams with commercial insights
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication
We are seeking someone with strong customer service experience who can manage end-to-end customer interactions and order processing.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in order processing and distributor/customer relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to develop technical knowledge of products
This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary, along with an annual discretionary bonus. Training is provided in Sydney, followed by ongoing support and development through hands-on field opportunities.
