The Company:
Nobul is excited to partner with an employer of choice that is changing the game when it comes to boutique townhouse community developments. Due to an enormous growth period, which has seen them secure up to $600m in new projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast they are looking for an additional Design Manager to join their team.

Nobul is excited to partner with an employer of choice that is changing the game when it comes to boutique townhouse community developments. Due to an enormous growth period, which has seen them secure up to $600m in new projects across the Gold Coast, Brisbane & the Sunshine Coast they are looking for an additional Design Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with external consultants like Architects, Engineers and Town Planners to coordinate the design package.
- Ensure cost and compliance is adhered to from concept to PC
- Review drawings and specs for quality assurance and compliance.
- Provide recommendations on technical variations and substitutions.
- 3+ years experience working as a Design Manager on medium density or commercial scale projects including civils up to $100m
- Tertiary qualification in architecture or Project Management
- Experience with REVIT & Microsoft Projects essential.
- Strong understanding of the NCCC.
- Generous salary of up to $170K + Super dependent on experience.
