We’re now seeking a proactive and detail-driven Bookkeeper / Auditor to join our team and take ownership of day-to-day financial operations.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, can work independently, and wants to be part of a well-established and growing business.
About the Role
This position is responsible for auditing the financial statements of clients, delivering accurate reporting to management and maintaining efficient daily operations. Responsibilities range from routine checking to broad, higher-level accounting support.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage a portfolio of clients
Complete regular bank reconciliations
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Month-end and year-end processes
Providing general administrative support to management when required
Identify and streamline accounting processes
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (3+ years preferred)
Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
Excellent accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
Strong communication and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
