A fantastic opportunity is available for an Assistant Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time capacity at our Perth Showroom located in Subiaco.

We are looking for a real people person, with a can-do attitude and confidence to provide our customers with a personalised showroom experience. You will take the customer through the diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey while building strong rapport and providing an exceptional customer service. 

This is a two-day per week role on a Saturday and an additional weekday - perfect for someone looking for additional hours or also working around studies.

Responsibilities

This exciting role will require you to:

• Take the customer through the end-to-end diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey

• Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover the perfect bespoke jewellery piece

• Deliver an outstanding ring collection experience and offer post-purchase aftercare support, answering any customer queries.

• Ensure we maintain our exceptional levels of customer service and after-sales support. This role has exposure to all parts of the customer journey including general enquiries, emailing quotes, order management, post-purchase follow-up and more.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and customer focused approach

• Excellent rapport building skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience in a retail sales environment and jewellery retail sales experience is preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• High level of proficiency with technology & systems

This is a part-time role (2 days per week) on a Saturday and a flexible weekday.
