- Initiate new business opportunities for the Lead Agent through diverse prospecting channels (telephone outreach, direct mail, in-person canvassing)
- Cultivate enduring relationships, surpassing customer experience expectations
- Provide instrumental support to the team through ad hoc sales responsibilities
- Possess a valid Real Estate Sales Registration
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry
- Demonstrate an assertive, disciplined work ethic
- Display motivation, energy, and determination in building a career in real estate,
