Scheduling and Operations Support Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Scheduling and Operations Support Administrator to join our team at Imperial Kitchens, one of Queensland's largest, privately-owned custom joinery businesses. Full time, permanent role commencing January 2026.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on assisting with the scheduling and coordination of our onsite teams to deliver the highest quality of service to our customers. Interacting directly with our customers you'll need to maintain a high level of customer service along with being team orientated working closely with our onsite project managers and installer.

Duties within the role are including but not limited to;

  • Scheduling of Jobs and manage movement based on direct communication with customers for progress reports, site/build status/access and internal changes 

  • Consult with all departments to ensure accurate status of current and upcoming jobs

  • Working along side the Administration team to obtain required information or documents

  • Build company relationships with Key stakeholders across all builder accounts

  • Key point of contact on matters relating to scheduling

  • Updating and revising the scheduled measure and installation dates on a per site basis

  • Respond to builder enquiries, Prepare and distribute weekly reports to required Builders and ensuring consistent, accurate recording of information and job details

To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will possess;

  • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

  • Prior scheduling and administration experience within the construction industry.

  • Attention to detail, can do attitude and ability to multitask

  • Ability to integrate into a multifaceted environment with a friendly disposition and team culture

  • Well developed computer skills and proficient in the MS Office suite, Jobman experience an advantage

  • Professional, upbeat and energetic demeanor with good presentation

This role requires someone who has initiative and drive, able to self-manage their workload and work outside of the box to assist any member of the team. The desired applicant will be organised with good time management skills and proactive!
