Join a well-established builder–developer delivering high-quality residential projects across Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of upcoming developments, they’re now seeking an experienced CA to support a major new build at Mount Gravatt.
The Project
A 6-storey, 53-unit development.
You’ll work site-based alongside an experienced team, ensuring smooth commercial administration and contributing to a project with real community impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Managing procurement, contracts, and cost control
• Letting packages and negotiating with subcontractors
• Maintaining variations, progress claims and RFI registers
• Supporting the Site Manager & Project Manager through delivery
• Ensuring compliance, documentation and reporting stay on track
What You Bring
• Experience as a CA in residential or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and project financials
• Ability to build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors
• Confident, organised and proactive work style
