We are seeking a skilled and motivated International Student Admissions Officer to join our International Partnerships team. You’ll play a key role in supporting international student enrolments by assessing applications, determining eligibility, issuing offers, and preparing documentation for student visas. This position is integral to delivering exceptional service to prospective students and education agents across more than 50 countries.
Provide high-level customer service to prospective students and education agents.
Assess international student applications in line with admission guidelines and ESOS compliance.
Prepare and issue official documentation including offers and Confirmation of Enrolments.
Maintain accurate records in PRISMS and student management systems.
Communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds using multiple channels.
Support training and coordination of administration staff during peak periods.
Contribute to continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in international education or admissions.
Knowledge of international education sector and visa frameworks.
Strongorganisational and time-management skills to manage caseloads.
Excellent communication skills with culturally diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
