We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Estimator to join this leading builder. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Estimator to join this leading builder. - The role is a mix of both Scheduling (80%) & Estimating (20%)

- Scheduling experience on luxury homes is essential, double storey experience is a minimum requirement.
- Some Estimating experience is desirable, but not essential (estimating prestart variations)
- 10 years experience in scheduling/estimating (desirable)
- Strong time management skills
- Highly skilled communication skills
- A team player
- Strong tenure in previous roles
