As the Administrative Support Officer – Events and Engagement, you will:
Provide administrative and logistical support for School events, functions, and community engagement initiatives
Coordinate event bookings, schedules, and logistics to ensure events run smoothly and professionally
Prepare and maintain supporting documentation, communications, and reports
Liaise with staff across departments to facilitate effective event planning and delivery
Assist the Director of Communications and Development in strengthening community partnerships and promoting School events.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment where no two days are the same.
