The Role
Support the day-to-day management of a busy, high-performing store
Lead and develop a team to deliver consistent results across service and sales
Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock is well-managed and well-presented
Drive KPIs through coaching, team engagement, and strong floor leadership
Provide operational support across rostering, stock, reporting, and compliance
About You
Experience as a Store Manager or a Senior Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail setting
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Confident managing both front-of-house service and back-of-house operations
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and passionate about retail excellence
A true people person who builds trust quickly and leads by example
