$70K + Super (negotiable based on experience)

Provide operational support across rostering, stock, reporting, and compliance
Experience as a Store Manager or a Senior Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail setting
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Confident managing both front-of-house service and back-of-house operations
Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and passionate about retail excellence
