About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts – Data Entry team member to join our finance department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in finance and administration. You’ll be supporting our accounts team across multiple business units in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
Part Time – 25 hours/week flexible with hours and days
Key Responsibilities
Enter supplier invoices and reconcile with project management software
Process and reconcile credit card receipts across multiple entities
Assist with bank reconciliations across multiple entities
Support accounts receivable and payable functions
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Track subcontractor and builder retentions
Assist with intercompany invoice entries and reconciliations
Help with end-of-month checks and basic reporting tasks
About You
Some experience in data entry, admin, and bookkeeping
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable using Excel and open to learning new systems
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Eager to grow and take on new responsibilities
