Workforce International are seeking experienced Roller Operators for a variety of both short-term and long-term civil works in the Newcastle and Hunter regions. If you are a driven and reliable operator who is seeking your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you!

Regular overtime opportunities available
Casual positions offering 5-6 days per week

About the Role
Operate a smooth drum or padfoot roller to smooth and compact surfaces.
Conduct pre-starts, basic machine maintenance, reporting defects.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with the wider construction team to ensure projects remain on track.
General labouring duties as required.
A successful candidate will:
Hold an OHS White Card
Possess demonstrable experience in the operation rollers (Roller tickets preferred but not essential for all opportunities)
Be physically fit and able to pass a functional assessment including drug & alcohol screening.
Possess demonstrable labouring experience with the willingness to labour as required.
Show strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Hold valid drivers license and reliable transport
