- Residential home builder that’s been in business for almost 10 years.
- Specialise in new build homes, renovations and extensions across Sydney.
- Good systems and processes place.
Job Role
- Report into the Project Manager and company Director.
- Cost estimates for tenders.
- Variations.
- Measurements.
- Take offs.
- Bill of Quantities.
- Supplier liaison and negotiation.
- Project stakeholder liaison.
- Salary between $80,000 and $100,000 plus super.
- Office based role (Blacktown).
Skills & Experience Required
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering or any other related field.
- Experience of estimating for residential projects or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of the BCA / NCC and Australian Standards.
- Understanding of construction materials, methods and techniques.
- Experience of estimating software such as Databuild, Cubit, Buildertrend etc.
