Project Manager - Architecturally Designed Homes - Alexandria  

Position Overview: 
A well-known, award-winning architectural home builder is on the lookout for a Project Manager to join the team. The role will see you overseeing up to two architectural builds at a time, typically in the $1m – $8m range, all located in the Eastern Suburbs.

It’s a great opportunity for someone already working in high-end residential who’s looking for a business with a better culture and solid reputation. It could also suit someone with an architectural background who’s keen to step into a project management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple architecturally designed projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project success.

• Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Monitor project progress, resolve any issues or delays, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.

• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

• Manage procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and permits.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to maximize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• A trade background OR Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture 

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a track record of successfully delivering architecturally designed projects.

• Strong knowledge of project management software and tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Knowledge of building codes and regulations

• Salary ranging between $120,000 - $160,000 + Super (experience dependant)
