About the Role
We’re partnering with a leading roofing company delivering residential and light industrial projects across the Brisbane region.
They’re seeking a trade-qualified Roofing Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating crews, managing safety, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a roofer or leading hand looking to step up and take ownership of local projects.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate roofing teams on-site
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and quality
Manage schedules, deliveries, and subcontractor performance
Communicate clearly with clients and the office team
Maintain WHS compliance and reporting standards
What You’ll Need
Roofing trade background (roof plumber or installer preferred)
Experience supervising or leading teams on-site
Working at Heights and EWP certifications
Commitment to safety, quality, and professional delivery
Strong communication and leadership skills
