We are currently seeking a Branch Administrator to join our Geraldton team. This role is central to the efficient day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination between our sales, service, and parts departments.
About the RoleAs a Branch Administrator, you will provide administrative and operational support across several key areas, including:
Workshop Scheduling – assisting with job scheduling, coordinating parts for service jobs, aligning CRM and sales log information for deliveries, and liaising with technicians regarding training.
Repair Order (RO) Management – managing technician times and input, reviewing open RO's, preparing and closing off RO's, and monitoring work in progress.
Warranty – managing warranty claims to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Accounts Administration – processing debtor and creditor invoices, managing overdue accounts, and supporting branch accounts functions.
Deal and Stock Management – administering deal packs and supporting stocktake processes for whole goods.

Effective communication and teamwork skills
Previous experience in administration, scheduling, or accounts (preferred)
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, scheduling, or accounts within agricultural, automotive, or heavy machinery industries
Proficiency with computer systems (CRM, Invoicing, Office & OEM Systems)
Australian citizenship or permanent residency with unrestricted right to work in Australia
