My client requires a Body Corporate Manager to take over a small local tidy portfolio, with a view of increasing the portfolio, as well as SALARY INCREASES to reflect. With support provided this would be a great opportunity for an experienced Strata Manager who is wanting to take the next step!

The Position, but not limited to:
- Assist with managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential & commercial low maintenance complexes
- Liaising with owners/tenants
- Assisting with arranging quotations, repairs, and maintenance for works required
- Conducting AGM's / EGM's / VOC meetings etc
- 2 + years experience in the Strata industry as a manager
- Valid drivers' license
- Outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Possess leadership qualities and attributes
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An excellent understanding of BCCM Act
- Have excellent time management skills
- Desire to succeed in the industry
