About The OpportunityReporting directly to the Ownersome of your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to target markets
- Identify key demographics and consumer trends and conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and website optimisation
- Generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market
- Collaborate with the sales teams to create compelling marketing materials
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Marketing role
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience with a range of digital marketing channels
- Understanding of construction terminology and building practices (desirable)
- Problem-solving skills with a creative thought process
You will also have:
- Strong computer skills with the ability to use a range of systems/software
- The ability to work as part of a team or autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
