We are a busy Tyre, Mechanical & 4WD Accessory Fitting workshop where we do general vehicle servicing, repairs, brakes & tyres. We're currently looking for a fully qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic for our busy workshop. This is a Full Time position - 38 hours a week with over time. Weekday's only - no weekend work required.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and repair a variety of vehicles including passenger, SUV, 4WD and light commercial.
Ability to carryout vehicle log book servicing, oil changes, brake repairs & tyre rotations.
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Able to maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment.
Work well within a team and individually.
What we're looking for:
Fully qualified in Light Vehicle Mechanical or equivalent.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills to identify and repair vehicle faults.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship is a must.
Open Driver's License (manual preferred)
Own tools are required for the position and we pay a weekly tool allowance. We have a quarterly bonus that is paid when targets are reached for that quarter.
Our business operating hours are Monday - Friday from 7am to 5pm & Saturday 8am - Noon. The work hours start from 8am each morning.
