About the role
We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our team and lead the kitchen at the Coolah Valley Hotel. This full-time role will see you working in a busy but fun environment, preparing and cooking a wide variety of Pub Style meals for our guests. The role is based in Coolah, NSW 2843. If you are looking for a tree change, we would love to hear from.
What you'll be doing
Preparing, cooking and presenting a range of pub style dishes to a consistently high standard
Ensuring all food is prepared and cooked in line with health, safety and hygiene regulations
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
Providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for
Must have previous experience as a Cook in a similar hospitality environment
Strong cooking skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work calmly under pressure
Relevant cooking qualifications or certifications
