St George Sailing Club is seeking for both a full-time and casual Chef de Parties to service our high-volume casual dining space.
About St George Sailing Club
Located on the edge of the stunning George’s River, the St George Sailing Club offers spectacular water and beach views towards Botany Bay and the Captain Cook Bridge. With two bars, a relaxed bistro with a seafood focus, multipurpose function room with a combined capacity of up to 250 people, numerous sun-kissed decks, and indoor-outdoor areas extending over the water with ample seating and shade, we offer complete waterfront dining in all its glory.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing, cooking and serving a wide range of main meals, snacks and desserts, all in accordance with our menu.
Ensuring of food safety of dishes served to guests with special dietaries
Clean and maintain the cooking and preparation areas and tools as required
Ensuring correct storage of food
Communicating and providing directions for junior chefs and kitchen hands

Ideal Candidates
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar high volume casual dining venues
Have the flexibility necessary to workdays, nights, weekends and public holidays
The ability to run a section without direct supervision
