- Salary to $90,000 + Fuel Allowance
- Minimal outside work & a team of in-house admin support
- Flexible working arrangements after probation, with no AH phone calls or long hours
- Directors who have a supportive open-door policy
- Team events, Melbourne Cup day, Christmas party. etc
- Tech-savvy paperless office
- Ongoing training and support from Directors
- Managing a portfolio in the outer northern suburbs.
- High level support from in house Inspections agent, Assistant property manager and VA.
- No finals, no leasing, no PCR's or trust accounting.
- Minimal outside work required
- Property Management Registration
- Tidy presentation and professional attitude
- Customer service focused with exceptional communication skills
