About Ironside:
We are a contemporary builder in Melbourne that work on a wide variety of projects in aged care, apartments, office blocks and social housing.
We have our own inhouse formwork, precast and early works teams and we are looking to add one more concrete patchers to our team.
Tasks & responsibilities:
· Patching and concrete rectification, floor levelling.
· Grouting and mixing of grouts, prepping, screening, and finishes.
· General labouring duties.
· Ability to meet standards and timelines
· Reporting to tradesmen, subbies, site managers, and project managers.
· Operation of hand and power tools and hire equipment.
· Following safety protocols and procedures on all job sites.
· Removes rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces, and patches holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound.
· Breaks up and repairs old concrete surfaces.
Qualifications & experience:
· Previous concrete patching, rendering, and/or plastering experience is highly desirable.
· Experience on large commercial-sized projects.
· Construction White Card.
· Additional tickets will be considered calculations.
· Reliable, hardworking, and confident individuals.
· Have strong communication skills
