Position Overview: Reporting to the Operations and Distribution Center Manager and supported by a Team of approximately 25 warehouse and distribution staff, you will be joining a Team that is passionate about working together to deliver wider business outcomes. This hands-on appointment will encompass action across: - Distribution operational efficiency, improvement projects, personnel and; - The achievement of individual and operational KPI’s across people, safety, assets, DIFOT and stock control Are you ready to take action? Actively collaborating with the Operations Manager across all areas of the Warehouse Operation you will work together to deliver exceptional outcomes to customers and the wider business. Your success will be assured should your demonstrated experience, skills and aptitudes across: - Delivering results across warehousing operations [receipt, inventory management, assembly and dispatch) - Demonstrated experience in Warehouse Supervision including monitoring the safety, accuracy, quality and performance of the Warehouse Team - Possess advanced interpersonal communication, organisation, decision making and problems solving skills - Possess the ability to determine, deliver and implement process improvements that optimise operational efficiencies - Practical experience with warehouse management software and intermediate to advanced computer skills - Be a hands-on Leader who can actively and accurately delegate - Hold of current LF Licence – Forklift and; - Take pride in all aspects of the Warehouse presentation ensuring at all times the husbandry is first class enhancing safety, moral and efficiency
