Retail Showroom Assistant | Located at Ningi Part-Time Opportunity – Thursday and Friday are essential, further Staff cover days available. Your New Location and Position: Located at the Company’s Ningi Branch, you will enjoy working with a fun and caring team that manages incoming calls and face-to-face showroom enquiries. Your new position will have you ensuring that customers and their enquiries are managed in a prompt, supportive and friendly manner, with a view to discussing relevant product and services ensuring relationships are cemented and future sales secured. You will be motivated to participate in ongoing product training to ensure you possess a high level of product knowledge that allows you to deliver on customers’ needs efficiently. To be a success, you will need to: - Be a real team player - Take pride in your presentation - Possess advanced interpersonal communication skills - Demonstrate accuracy in your work and a commitment to delivering solutions to customers that are life changing - Assist customers who visit the showroom with their enquiries, along with answering incoming calls in a professional and prompt manner. - Always ensure the professional appearance of the showroom. - Work with other internal customers across the business to ensure that Customer enquiries are quickly and effectively responded to - Have flexibility to work additional days if needed to cover staff absences.
