Administration and Customer Service Support Officer Located at Pinkenba Offering and Immediate Start working Monday to Friday, your new position will have you working with a company that provides a range of products and services designed to meet the diverse needs of their customers in the construction and infrastructure sector. This role will have you working with a small team to provide the integral support to the Internal Sales Division and will have you provide support across: - Assisting to generate quote requests - Assist in sourcing updated pricing - Complete accurate data entry and; - Be motivated to participate in ongoing product training to ensure you possess a high level of product knowledge that allows you to have the confidence when dealing with customers’ needs efficiently as you will be joining an ever-expanding business. To ensure your success for this role, you will have a can-do attitude, be a real team player, deliver accuracy in your CRM entries, possess good interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate a great aptitude for figures and attention to detail.
