Position Overview: Reporting to the Distribution Center Manager and supported by a Team of approximately 15 warehouse despatch staff, you will be joining Team that work together to deliver wider business outcomes. This hands-on position will have you delivering results across: - Despatch operational efficiency, improvement projects, personnel and; - The achievement of individual and operational despatch KPI’s across people, safety, DIFOT and stock. Working closely with the Warehouse Administration Manager and Team your success will be assured should your demonstrated experience, skills and aptitudes across: - Delivering results across assembly and despatch activities - Demonstrated experience in Warehouse Supervision including monitoring the safety, accuracy, quality and performance of the Despatch Team - Possess advanced interpersonal communication, organisation, decision making and problems solving skills - Possess the ability to determine, deliver and implement process improvements that optimise operational efficiencies - Practical experience with warehouse management software and intermediate to advanced computer skills - Be a hands-on Leader who can actively and accurately delegate - Hold of current LF Licence – Forklift and; - Take pride in all aspects of the Warehouse presentation ensuring at all times the husbandry is first class enhancing safety, moral and efficiency.
