Marketing/Business Coordinator and Assistant

Location: Southport, QLD

Hours: Full-time, standard office hours (with occasional evenings/weekends – time off in lieu provided)

Salary: Award rate to start, with pay rise available post-probation based on performance

The Role

You’ll wear many hats in this varied and fast-paced position, including:

• Running errands (a reliable car is essential)

• Meeting, greeting and hosting high-value clients

• Event planning and refreshments coordination

• Administrative support across multiple businesses

• Liaising with marketing and accounting teams

• Assisting with phones

• Liaising with multiple businesses associated with the group

• Supporting executive staff

This is strictly an in-office role. We believe in the sanctity of work-life separation – when you’re at work, you’re focused. When you’re home, you’re free. WFH is only by rare exception.

About You

This is all about attitude. You don’t need formal qualifications, but you must have:

• Great computer skills

• A natural flair for organisation and communication

• A solid understanding of social media

• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

• The maturity to handle responsibility and the humility to do what needs doing

• The ability to give and take criticism professionally
