About the role
The Telegraph Hotel - Geelong West is seeking FOH Supervisors, Bar Staff and Wait Staff to join our vibrant and friendly hospitality team. As a casual Front of House employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Casual and Full Time hours available
What you'll be doing
Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
Providing recommendations on our food and beverage menu
Taking orders and processing payments efficiently
Ensuring tables are cleared and reset promptly
Answering customer enquiries and resolving any issues
Maintaining a clean and organised front of house area
Contributing to a positive team culture
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a similar Front of House, Bar, Waiting and Management roles, preferably in the hospitality or customer service industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work weekends and evenings as required
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests
