Wildtrax Earthworks is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Excavator Operator to join our growing team. We specialise in civil earthworks, demolition, and detailed excavation, delivering high-quality results across the Sunshine Coast region.
About the RoleWe are looking for an operator with proven experience in trenching and final trim work. The successful applicant will be confident and precise on machines, able to work to tight tolerances, and maintain a professional attitude on site.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate excavators safely and efficiently on various civil and earthworks projects
Perform accurate trenching, pipework preparations, and service installations
Deliver high-quality final trim to laser and stringline
Follow instructions from site supervisors
Conduct daily machine inspections and maintain machinery to a high standard
Work collaboratively with the team and maintain a strong safety focus
Demonstrated experience operating excavators in civil/earthworks
Advanced trenching and final trim skills are essential
White Card required
RII Excavator ticket required
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
