About the Role

As our Educator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the children in our care are kept safe and educated according to the NQF.

Your role will include:

• Deliver innovative and inclusive programs tailored to children’s unique needs, using tools like All About Me forms to personalise their experiences.
• Foster strong relationships with children, families, and your team, creating a true sense of community.
• Collaborate with your supportive team during team-building activities and staff meetings.
• Act with compassion, positivity, and resilience to inspire those around you.

We’re searching for a kind-hearted, motivated individual who genuinely loves making a difference in the lives of children and their families.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• A Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
• A current Blue Card and first aid certification (or the willingness to obtain them).
• Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and NQS.
• Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willingness to obtain).
• A proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, and a desire to grow within a team.
