WHAT YOU'LL DO 
  • Manage a caseload tailored to your interests, whether that's language, swallowing, ACC, Dysphagia. Paediatrics or a diverse generalist mix through community visits, telehealth, and clinic sessions. 
  • Enjoy flexibility in setting your appointments, working from home and joining the team in one of our Melbourne offices. 
  • Receive regular supervision, professional development, and career progression support with a strong focus on work-life balance. 
  • Collaborate with a passionate multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists and early childhood practitioners dedicated to making a real community impact. 
  • Use your skills to motivate and empower clients; NDIS experience is beneficial but not essential. 
  • Take part in team social events, lunches, and celebrations to build connections and enjoy a positive workplace culture.

ABOUT YOU 
  • You hold a relevant Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology. 
  • You have current SPA Registration (or pending). 
  • You have full Australian working rights (or pending). 
  • You have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in community, private or acute settings. 
  • You have access to your own vehicle and hold a current driver's licence. 
  • You have or are willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Check and Working with children check.
